rbazi Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rbazi", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rbazi platform operated at rbazi.cc and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the rbazi platform or uses any rbazi service.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on rbazi.cc.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's rbazi Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by rbazi.
• "Real-Money Funds" refers to funds deposited into a Player's Account via a payment method and fully available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds.
• "Platform" refers to the rbazi website, mobile site, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible via rbazi.cc.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the rbazi Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rbazi.cc, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rbazi in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the rbazi Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rbazi operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

3.2 Age Verification Process

rbazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the time frame specified by rbazi, the Account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.

3.3 Underage Accounts

If rbazi determines, at any point, that a registered Account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any Real-Money Funds held at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated while the Account was active will be forfeited. Bonus Funds will also be forfeited in their entirety.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The rbazi Platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. rbazi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the rbazi Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, rbazi reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawal processing pending a full investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card, a valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify rbazi support promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rbazi may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Required documents may include proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may contact rbazi support at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid to the Player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and verification checks have been completed.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. rbazi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify rbazi support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. rbazi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials or has shared credentials voluntarily.

rbazi employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections, hashed password storage, and automatic session expiry after a period of inactivity. These measures are provided as a platform-level security layer and do not substitute for the Player's own responsibility to protect their login details.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Methods

rbazi accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. rbazi does not currently accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the Platform cashier.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rbazi, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with the policies of the relevant service provider.

6.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 30–60 minutes during Bangladesh banking hours. rbazi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's systems or Bangladesh bank processing times.

6.4 Player-Owned Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit to a rbazi Account must be registered in the same name as the rbazi Account holder. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit, suspension of the Account, and a mandatory KYC investigation.

6.5 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals at rbazi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbazi does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have made at least one qualifying deposit using their verified payment method. Only Real-Money Funds are withdrawable — Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit to the Account. rbazi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different mobile wallet numbers, or different bank accounts than those on record for the Player.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits are stated in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the displayed maximum must contact rbazi support to arrange processing in multiple transactions.

7.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh banking hours. Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed as of the next available processing window. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification or fraud checks are pending.

7.5 Withdrawal Fees

rbazi does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawal transactions. Individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or the Player's bank) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published fee schedules; rbazi has no control over and is not responsible for such third-party charges.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rbazi are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, applicable game categories, Wagering Requirement multiplier, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period. These bonus-specific terms supplement these General Terms and, in the event of conflict on a bonus-specific matter, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the stated Wagering Requirement number of times before any portion of the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as Real-Money Funds. The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page before the offer is accepted. Real-Money Funds in the Account Balance are always used for wagering before Bonus Funds, unless the Platform cashier specifies otherwise for a particular offer.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting, as specified per offer) will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without replacement. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

rbazi employs automated and manual monitoring of Account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent, coordinated multi-Account exploitation of the same offer, and systematic exploitation of welcome bonus offers through repeated re-registration. Where bonus abuse is detected, rbazi reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, cancel associated pending winnings, and permanently close the Account.

8.5 Employees and Associates

Employees of rbazi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional offer available on the Platform.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the rbazi Platform are subject to acceptance by rbazi. rbazi reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, bets placed by accounts under investigation, and bets that exceed the maximum stake or payout limits applicable to the relevant market.

9.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on cricket, football, and other sports as indicated in the Platform. Odds on live markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during the event. Bets placed during a temporary suspension will be voided and stakes returned. rbazi makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of live betting markets during any particular event.

9.3 Settled Bets

Once a bet has been settled by rbazi and the outcome credited or debited from the Account Balance, that settlement is final unless rbazi identifies a manifest error in settlement. Queries regarding bet settlement must be raised with rbazi support within 72 hours of the settlement time. rbazi's decision on all settlement queries is final and binding.

9.4 Void Bets

rbazi reserves the right to void any bet where: the market was offered in error; the odds were clearly erroneous at the time of placement; the event was abandoned, postponed, or materially altered before completion; or evidence of match manipulation is detected. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance in full.

9.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all other cricket markets, the specific event rules published in the Platform's cricket betting section shall apply. In the absence of specific rules, standard cricket betting industry conventions shall apply. Minimum overs required for an in-play market to remain valid are stated per market type in the Platform.

10. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the rbazi Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger. Each game is governed by its own published return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's game information section.

rbazi-exclusive titles including Money Coming and Legend of Perseus are governed by game-specific rules published on their respective game pages within the Platform. These titles use certified random number generation and are subject to the same fair-play standards applied to all games on the Platform.

In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or slot session, the result of any round in progress at the moment of disconnection will be determined by the game server's recorded state at that time. rbazi is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end. If a technical fault on rbazi's servers affects a game round, the relevant round will be voided and the stake returned.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbazi Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to exploit games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known platform errors are not payable and will be voided upon detection.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including impersonation of another individual.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties for deposits or withdrawal requests.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits to evade detection, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Conducting arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers across multiple Accounts or platforms in coordination with other individuals.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable local law while falsely representing your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbazi support staff or other players via any communication channel.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the rbazi Platform, including but not limited to the rbazi brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of rbazi or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use any rbazi intellectual property without the prior written consent of rbazi.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is displayed on the Platform under licence.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

rbazi collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rbazi does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game studios to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and fulfilment of these Terms.

14. Responsible Gaming

rbazi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among Bangladesh players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Account settings without delay or additional fees:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cool-off period, the Account is inaccessible for wagering but withdrawals of Real-Money Funds remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion. This action closes the Account and prevents re-registration. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players who self-exclude and attempt to re-register will have their new Account closed immediately upon detection.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbazi's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real-Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if rbazi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rbazi makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect Platform availability. rbazi is not liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during maintenance windows, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond rbazi's reasonable control.

16. Amendments to These Terms

rbazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. The amended Terms will be published at rbazi.cc/terms-conditions with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact rbazi support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Balance before the amendment takes effect.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Player and rbazi in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be submitted to rbazi's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the email address below. rbazi will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may seek further resolution through any available consumer protection mechanism applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights to which a Player may be entitled under the law of their jurisdiction.
